Centers for Student Engagement and Academic Advisement maintains the following Off-Campus Housing List. The list includes apartments, houses and room rentals offered by Auburn and Fulton area landlords for college students.
During the fall and spring semesters, the College also contracts with the local bus services to provide free bus transportation to full-time Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV students at either campus who show a current college ID. We encourage students to begin searching for housing early in the summer before starting at Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV.
In order to best serve Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV students and the local community, Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV will require all individual landlords who desire to list their rental opportunities on the college website to submit a copy of their certificate of occupancy issued from the city of Auburn or other local municipality prior to posting.
Landlords interested in offering student housing must complete and send the Landlord Information Form.
This listing is maintained as a service for the student’s convenience. The College assumes no obligation, either intended or implied, toward the landlord or tenant. The College takes no responsibility for approving off-campus housing, and is in no way involved in any consideration which might arise between the landlord and tenant.
